HRH PRINCESS ALEXANDRA VISITS DAYLA AND JAMES PETTIT & COMPANY 3RD JULY 2012
The flags were proudly flying high outside the very impressive new premises of DAYLA and James Pettit & Company when HRH Princess Alexandra visited the family owned business.
The 12 members of the Cooper Family together with more than 70 staff, Friends, Guests and local dignitaries welcomed Her Royal Highness to the Aston Clinton based Distribution Centre as part of her visit to the Aylesbury District. She toured the warehouse and office facilities and spent time with everyone before unveiling a plaque to mark her visit as well as receiving a posy presentation from 3 and a half year old Lily Lapham the Great Granddaughter of Chairman, Richard Cooper and his wife Pat.
Tim Cooper, Managing Director of DAYLA was delighted to have been chosen for this very special visit. He said that “Her Royal Highness was absolutely charming and commented on the friendliness of everyone and what a great team we have, which is a testimoney to the loyal workforce in our family business.”
