Dear Valued Customer,
DAYLA & James Pettit | COVID-19 Contingency Plan
We hope that you and your loved ones over and above everything are safe and looking after yourselves during these uncertain times. Here at DAYLA we want to continue working with you in order to find the best outcome for you and your business during the current COVID-19 crisis.
If there is anything that we all know about our industry, it can be summed up in being resilient to find a way through the difficulties that we are all facing and so to that end here is a summary of the ways in which we can help. We have agreed with the following Suppliers to collect unopened / sealed keg & cask products from our customer premises and exact details of when we are able to do this will follow in due course:
- AB InBev (BUDWEISER BREWING GROUP)
- ASAHI UK (Peroni)
- CAMDEN BREWERY
- CARLSBERG UK
- DIAGEO (Guinness)
- DORTMUNDER
- FULLERS
- GREENE KING
- HEINEKEN UK (excluding Cider)
- MARSTONS PLC
- MOLSON COORS (excluding Cider)
- ST. AUSTELL
- TIMOTHY TAYLOR
- WADWORTH
A full list of all applicable beer brands is attached for ease of reference. Please note that Cider is excluded due to the longer Best Before dates. The return of stocks applies to anything delivered after 2nd March 2020 with the exception of GUINNESS that applies from 10th February 2020. In the first instance can we ask you to complete the attached stock return form (below) and email by return to DAYLA at [email protected] which will enable us to collate all information and be ready to advise as and when we are allowed to organise collection.
It is equally important that you follow the closedown procedure as attached for your Draught Keg & Cask system that is also attached, together with the recommissioning once we are told that we are all open for business.
Thank you for your patience and understanding at such a difficult time for all of us.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Cooper
Managing Director
